This is our 4th shower caddy over the years since my father became disabled. This is by far our favorite one!! He's a big man (wears 2x 240lbs) and we like that the cup slides in and out from behind from behind a huge plus. Do while he's seated we can remove the cup from behind. We use as commode in his bedroom too. The color and material even the sturdy wheels that don't move when locked.
It might roll over it with a smaller person, but not with 195 lb person. Had to return.
First the positive, it rolls easy, for the first year. Now the negatives. 1- It is too high to move around by yourself, I'm 6'3" tall and ended up shortening the legs. 2- The seat center pad falls through no matter how you place it, I replaced it with a solid seat. 3- It allows water to collect inside with no drain hole at the bottom of the legs. 4- After 16 months of use one of the casters became very hard to swivel. I took it apart and found it uses a 6201-2RS ball bearing to rotate. The design allows water to get to the bearing. The water manages to get past the upper seal and gets trapped by the lower seal= rusted bad bearing. I'm going to replace them all with stainless steel bearings. Man this chair has been a lot of work!

We ordered this for my mom that had a stroke and her left side is weak. It makes such a big difference in getting her in and out of the shower with ease. My mom loves the chair and has no complaints.
The assembly of the chair is very simple and quick.
We use it in our home but also took it on vacation and it worked great! It was light and easy to carry.
Ours did have an issue with the wheel not turning, but I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue perfectly by sending a new wheel within days.
Would highly recommend it to anyone needing help with showers.
I am 5 foot six and 180 pounds my assistant moving me from one room to the shower, both commented they thought the chair was unstable. I also found after 45 minutes in the chair. The seat was rather hard.
